 Product Care

Proper care and maintenance of your silicone dice mold is essential to ensure its longevity and consistent performance. Here are some care instructions to keep in mind:

Cleaning: After each use, clean the mold thoroughly to remove any resin residue or debris. Gently wash the mold with warm, soapy water using a soft brush or sponge. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the mold.

Drying: Allow the mold to air dry completely before storing or using it again. Ensure there is no moisture trapped in the mold, as it can affect the quality of future casts.

Storage: Store the silicone mold in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Avoid folding or bending the mold, as it may cause deformation or distortion. Use a dedicated storage container or a resealable bag to protect the mold from dust and debris.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose the silicone mold to extreme temperatures. High temperatures can cause the mold to warp or degrade, while low temperatures can make it brittle. Keep the mold within a temperature range suitable for its material.

Gentle Handling: Handle the silicone mold with care to avoid tearing or stretching it. Do not use sharp tools or excessive force when removing cured resin from the mold. Instead, gently flex the mold and apply pressure from the bottom to release the dice.

Optional - Lubrication: Periodically apply a thin layer of mold release spray to the interior of the mold before casting. This will help prevent resin from sticking and make it easier to demold the dice. it will cause your dice to be matte in appearance as a trade of to longer mold life.

Following these care instructions will help maintain the integrity of your silicone dice mold, ensuring that you can continue to create beautiful dice for your tabletop gaming adventures.
